Tara was great because I really didn't want to give up the insurance and she actually helped me see how I could keep it. During this pandemic some things aren't a must but Tara was able to help me see how I could still have it in my budget.

This company continues to call me EVERY DAY for over a month when I've told them to stop calling me and that they had the wrong number. They say that they will put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST and that it would take 3 days. It's been over a month that I constantly get calls from them, everyday. *DISCLAIMER ZERO STAR, forced to put at least 1 star.

Jason is Awesome, very knowledgeable and efficient. Man was a pleasure to work with and made the warranty call amazingly smooth. great to have a conversation with and made our mutual customer feel at ease with the repairs being preformed. I wish all extended warranty calls were this easy and fun to have. He is for sure an asset to the company! Jason is the most knowledgeable and professional person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He stayed on the phone and handled my problem thru a 3 way call.
