Called to cancel my policy. Representative Travis Pinsler was very rude and accused me of shopping around for lower rates. After asking repeatedly to cancel my policy, he kept giving reasons why I should keep it and that I wasn't being truthful with him. I don't owe him an explanation why I was canceling. Maybe he gave me his right name. Maybe he didn't. But this was an awful experience and I wouldn't deal with them ever again!

I received a call today from a salesperson at protect my car. She told me the jists of the warranty and then transferred me to her budgeting manager. As i spoke to the budgeting manager, she said i qualified for the preferred preowned premium plan or something to that extent. Told me all i needed was $88 down and then it would be $88 a month.
