My Customer Experience Agent (Brandy S.) is 5 star alone...she always there with any answers I may have to questions about my coverage making the car plan feel like money worth spending each month. Once for a few months she had to move to another department within the company leaving me with a great replacement until she came back. I got a call on my cell phone from telephone number ending in 8642. When I answered, an automated message claimed they were Verizon and my account was about to be suspended for suspicious activity. I knew Verizon didn't make calls like that and the caller ID said unknown. I called the number back from my landline and after going through all of the prompts I reach a human who told me the company was Protect My Car and they were trying to sell me some type of warranty....I didn't listen long enough. I received excellent customer service from Letty. She was amazing and very kind. My initial call was to file Complaint for horrible service from the claims department. When she answered she allowed me to speak and not disregard what I was saying. She took down my complaint and got me the service that I needed. Thank you!

I had probably the best customer experience of my life thus far with Ms. Ayanna O. She was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and funny.
