At first I was very skeptical about getting an extended warranty because they do not live up to the promise. I've not found that to be with Protect My Car. They've lived up to what they said they would do. The customer service has been excellent. I really think this is a valued service.

So far so good. Have to say the customer service over the phone was outstanding. I was quite open about a car from 2006 I had just purchased and the fact that in a month or so I will be taking it to be looked at for issues covered by my plan. Will post back if everything goes well. I see tons of reviews on here from people praising the customer service but not many from people talking about the money they saved when repair day came. I will respond back with whatever the shop finds and what all Protect my car contributes.

My wife and I discussed canceling the coverage on our vehicle since they messed up with the car shop and the refund they owed us. I want to say that I am happy I just started my policy two days ago my car just stopped and I can't utilize my policy until 15 days but luckily for me Consuela G. really helped me and did some magic on her end now roadside assistance is on the way thank you �

I will currently be waiting on my information in the mail but i have document to hold off until i get my copy through the mail. I don't remember the name of the nice sales person I talked to. I told him I was with car shield and he suggested I compare the two companies with the BBB. I will be leaving car shield and joing protect my car as of today. Thanks protect my car
