Kyrika was very professional and patient with me. I had not been able to get up with Mary A. and had left messages and needed to get approval to go ahead. Kyrika apologized for the wait and ask if there was anything she could do since I could not get up with Mary. So I proceeded to explain all that transpired. I called to cancel my policy because I honestly never use it and was intimated by the process of it all. The representative Lawrence H. fully outlined the importance of keeping my warranty. I called yesterday about a matter with one of my two vehicles. Jessica assisted me with problem solving suggestions to help keep my policy in effect. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. If I have to get assistance from PMC, I'll be definitely asking for her specifically. Wonderful customer service and knowledge.
