Jason was great! He patiently led this very not very technologically savvy woman through the process of transmitting a contract and picture ID electronically without breaking a sweat. He was very kind and helpful.

Talked with Representative Kyrika today on getting a policy to protect my car. She gave great information and worked with me on a reliable pay schedule. She truly cares about the customer and there coverage. Thanks for having her on your staff. Major kudos!!!!!

I called yesterday about a matter with one of my two vehicles. Jessica assisted me with problem solving suggestions to help keep my policy in effect. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. If I have to get assistance from PMC, I'll be definitely asking for her specifically. Wonderful customer service and knowledge.

I had called today to cancel my policy but Jason was so helpful on breaking everything thing down for me and send me copies of what was being paid for he was suck a great help to me today thank bu so much... bk all day lol inside joke....

I want to thank you for the excellent Customer service that I received on July 18,2019. Due to circumstances beyond my control. I called to cancel my contract. Ms. H. asked all the right question and gave me something to thing about (what would happen if your call fail to work and you have no coverage) you know when you are in a crisis you do not think about what will happen next. . I would give this less than a star if I could. I called my reputable insurance company via the # on my card, and was directed to what I was led to believe a promotional road side assistance through them. I was double charged, spoke to a representative today who claims to have cancelled my policy, however was extremely rude, speaking down to me as if I had no idea what is occurring as far as purchasing vehicles, warranties and car protections.
