I'm work with Spencer one of the supervisors and he provided me with outstanding and customer service. He explaining the services plan that my warranty provided to me and I was actually calling to cancel but after speaking with him I'm definitely going to keep my warranty and I'm gone to highly recommend them to others

MECHANICS HATE THIS COMPANY!!! horribly convoluted and shifty service. not to mention, every time you want something fixed, it takes about 6 calls just to get everything sorted, and it takes 30-45 minutes each time just for them to pick up the call. The sales person was pushy and made my policy seem way better than what it actually was. should have known better from the get go

A detailed look at your file shows you paid in a total of $828.90 in premiums over the nine (9) months you had the coverage and saved over $1,556.50 on five (5) claims, which included your water pump, intake manifold, rear main seal, radiator, thermostat and O2 sensor.
