Jessica T. provided me with excellent customer service she was patient she took her time helping me out with my issue and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was solved

The Spencer M. was very kind and respectful at attending to what I needed taken care of. I have in the past recommended Protect My Car and recommend a talk to Spencer M. in person.

PMC Is the best! The service outperformed my expectations as the rep had me submit the receipt for an oil change I paid for out of pocket, and she instructed me to send her a copy of my receipt for reimbursement. As a single mom, every dime counts, and for her to care that I spent unnecessary dollars is wonderful and makes PMC a keeper :-)

Kyrika H. was very nice, understandable and knew her stuff. She made me feel at ease and helped me to keep my policy. We have another vehicle that is not covered that is in the shop and we are contemplating either fixing it or having to buy a new one so was thinking about cancelling policy to offset cost. Still not sure what we are going to do especially if we have to purchase a new vehicle on one income family but Kyrika has really gave us more time to think about our decisions for now. Great customer service!

When I bought this coverage I was led to believe I could cancel at any time and be refunded a pro-rated amount of what I had paid. Not only was this not true there is also a 50.00 cancellation fee. After paying for this coverage for 5 months I discovered that I could not afford it. I spoke with a woman named Alexis. After basically begging this woman to cancel the contract she became snotty. Thank you for this feedback. Our Quality Management (QM) team reviewed this call for training purposes. During this call, we noticed a few things that our agent could have done better. As such, additional training was provided to our agent this morning. As far as a pro-rated refund is concerned, this customer made our minimum down payment of $25.00 (on 2/27/2019). I'm thinking about being done with all these car warranties. I've been told by several dealerships put that $79 in a separate account I'm paying monthly, well the time comes I need something fixed and it cost me $1800 you think the warranty is going to cover it and the mechanic says the warranty company said its wear and tear. So embarrassing where is the peace of mind! Now I'm stuck trying and very angry.

While your "Select" policy covers mechanical breakdowns to most major components, there are some things that are not covered (by our company or any other reputable vehicle service contract company).
