I called PMC to cancel my new policy because it was too much paperwork to read & absorb. Stacie Sammons, a customer service supervisor, sent me an email that was a condensed version of the wordy paperwork (policy & procedure) and I changed my mind and decided to keep the coverage. Stacie provided me with Excellent customer service!

I called in today to cancel my policy but after speaking with this young lady I was able to keep my policy I really appreciate the savings and she was very knowledgeable about her work thank you.
