Melodi was great her customer service was the best i never fill out these reviews but i felt compelled to do one for Melodi because she was awesome and i would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family because of her.

I called PMC to cancel my new policy because it was too much paperwork to read & absorb. Stacie Sammons, a customer service supervisor, sent me an email that was a condensed version of the wordy paperwork (policy & procedure) and I changed my mind and decided to keep the coverage. Stacie provided me with Excellent customer service!
