Highly recomend this protection plan, for anyone out there trying to have a peace of mind. Their plans are really great and fits everyone budget, don't wait for your car to break down and have to pay out of pocket to get your car fixed, you should consider protect my car. Now. Customer service from Della Smith was fun ,excellent and was very reliable with the information i needed. She put me at ease so much it was like talking to my own sister. Thank you Della Smith.

Melodi was an amazing person that could fully explain things that were never explained to us when we initially signed up. We were given incorrect information and Melodi apologized and tried to make things right for us and is handing things for us from here on out. She was truly amazing and I will definitely talk to her from now on about every question/problem I may have. Thanks Melodi!

The lady who helped me was absolutely so helpful and understanding. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She even enrolled me in the rewards program that I was completely unaware of...great personality and knowledgeable about everything I asked! Spoke with the supervisor melody! She was very perfessional! I called in to cancel my subscription however she was able to lower my monthly payment and convinced me to remain a member! I am looking forward to the benifits offered and having my repairs done perfessionally with 50% off! Thank you Ms. Melody I appreciate you giving me more understanding of what I have signed up for ð???

Amber was a Saint! She took care of me like a new born baby. PCM has been good to my family. We have no complaints. I highly recommend this service to anyone. We have all our cars under warranty and I am and have always been completely satisfied with my service over the last 3 years.
