I had a bad experience at first and then I was contacted back by Chaz B. a supervisor and was amazed by how wonderful I was treated he tried in everyway to make up for the mistake that was made. In my opinion they should clone him and make and entire of company of just him. Jeremiah V. was excellent, professional, respectful and actually heard my concerns on whether I should cancel my auto insurance policy. He is what we call in the business a "pro's pro." I was able to help me think through on whether I should cancel; also added an incentive to lower my insurance payments per month. Also, to set my auto pay to the middle of the month which is a lot easier on my pocketbook as I have a lot of bills due at the beginning of the month.
