Ms. Jessica sold me this warranty and she provided excellent customer service, she's very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable with the purchase you made. Tax @ protect my car did an awesome job. I needed a transmission and she went above and beyond to get the auto shop to agree with her terms of warranty. I really appreciate Taz for the follow up calls and helping me getting my car fixed

Laasa P., did a good job of keeping me as a customer. When I signed up for Protect My Car, I felt that I was misled by the answers to some of my questions. Laasa, spoke to me with understanding and empathy. She explained, very well, the way the program actually works and then offered me some discounts to make up for my irritation and aggravation. She is a vary good representative and an asset to your company.
