I had the most pleasant experience with Ms. Brenda, she explained everything to me in very understandable way. It's always good when you talk to someone who's not yelling or talking so fast you don't know what you're agreeing too. Ms. Jessica sold me this warranty and she provided excellent customer service, she's very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable with the purchase you made. She awesome and an asset to protect my car. I was hesitant but she reassured me and gave me time to rethink about purchasing the warranty.

Tax @ protect my car did an awesome job. I needed a transmission and she went above and beyond to get the auto shop to agree with her terms of warranty. I really appreciate Taz for the follow up calls and helping me getting my car fixed

Ms M. was the first person that was actually able to help me after i called four times for help... i wish i could've gotten to her earlier. She was by far the best experience I've had calling a customer service line ever!

Laasa P., did a good job of keeping me as a customer. When I signed up for Protect My Car, I felt that I was misled by the answers to some of my questions. Laasa, spoke to me with understanding and empathy. She explained, very well, the way the program actually works and then offered me some discounts to make up for my irritation and aggravation. She is a vary good representative and an asset to your company.
