I called to cancel this insurance. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and was able to lower my monthly payment so I can continue having insurance. Thank you.

I am happy to relate my very pleasant customer service experience with Ms. Brenda West whom I found to be quite knowledgeable, courteous and frankly helpful. After purchasing my policy with "Protect My Car" I called to cancel. I found another plan that had similar benefits/coverage at a comparable rate but paid 100% of repair cost with a $100.00 deductible.
