I was on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes before I got a hold of a lady named Jessica I was getting ready to cancel my service but because of her kindness and explaining everything I decided not to cancel with protectmycar.com she did everything she said she was going to do for me and about time I got off the phone I wasn't upset anymore about the long wait...

Benefits are good if you need them but when you need to cancel policy it's aggravating. Very pushy customer service. I've been in retail customer service for over 20 years and never have I tried to inflict sales on customers as this company does.

Chaz and Jeremy are awesome. I am disabled and my income reflects this. I called the wrong number and got protect my car on the phone. The woman that answered explained whom I had called and the service provided. I was going to look at cars to purchase that day. She assured me that the policy would not start until I called back and told the company which car I had purchased. OMG.. Stacie S. and Tiyana E. were really really wonderful to me. They helped me with every issue n question that I had. I was so emotional talking with both of them.
