Laasa performed a callback due to the very long (45 minute) wait times and was very helpful in listening to my reasons for cancelling the service to save money (already had done a lot of repairs prior to signing up). After discussing a benefit I didn't know about ($90 car 3 day car rental reimbursement), and some other adjustments/tweaks, I decided to transition to a lower priced policy (without towing as I already have with my insurance). I think Megan was Awesome customer service rate 100 and if there was a scale to be measured from 1 to 100 it will be 100 she meet all qualification an and before I conversation ended I felt like I had Met A new a friend!!!.. and thank you guys so much for understanding!!!..
