2 Words; Melodi G. To be fair, I wasn't interested in continuing as a customer of PMC. Calling in to terminate the coverage proved to be a chore as obviously the representatives are encouraged to strongly dissuade customers from doing so. Called in this morning to cancel my policy and I was connected with Amber G. She listened attentively as I explained my situation, then she immediately went into "super customer service mode". She didn't just do what she was supposed to do, which is try to retain me as a customer, she actually worked out a solution to my dilemma & not only made it possible for me to keep my policy, but she actually even knocked a couple dollars off my premiums as well.
