Amber G. Was extremely helpful and also is excellent at communicating. I absolutely loved her customer service, she brought to my knowledge the benefits and Rewards the company has to offer. I really appreciate that and how simple and easy she made the call. Thank you!

My review for Melodi C. she was a excellent help to me on 11-8-18 she resolved all my answers for me today. I would recommend her to other customers that needed problem to be solved i give her 100% she deserve a good bonus, promotion. That is the type of people I like to deal with.

Mrs. P. was very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Every question I had she had no problem answering for me and she even helped me in knowing my plan more than I ever did before.

After having a horrible experience with Pmc and their cust. Service reps I was ready to close my account today. I received a call back from supervisor Amber Garris and couldn't believe the difference and excellent customer service I received from her. She listened to my complaints and clarified some misunderstandings I had.. Needless to say because if her I kept my policy even though I swore I would never deal with this company again... Thank you Amber

I was getting ready to cancel, because I have been trying to get the oil changed in my vehicle, and have had a hard time getting someone from claims to answer before my mechanic closes up shop. Ms. P. assured me that if I need to pay that I will be reimbursed. She also reminded me of all the reasons I took the coverage in the first place. I was very pleased that she lowered my monthly payments also.

I initially called to cancel my policy,because my car was titled salvaged by MyDirect. Megan H. was over and beyond with her professional customer service. She gave me hope and suggestions that put me at ease. I didn't realize my car was still covered even with a Salvage Title. I have hope, and that is always a plus for me.
