I called to cancel my service contract, but thanks to Chaz B. with PMC I not only decided to stay with the company I was able to save more money monthly. Chaz B. did a great job by being personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about the "product". The great customer service was greatly appreciated!

I dealt with Melodi and we were able to lower the price on my account. The portion we dropped is already covered by another agency. She was the one that noticed this overlap so we moved my coverage to a new policy that excluded this. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the different policies that PMC has to offer. She was never pushy instead she listened to me and my needs and offered different policies and ideas that were best for me. Well done Melodi

I wast happy with there customer service. I waited a long time for them to come on the phone they gave me little hard time to cancel i had to pay 25.00 for canceling I think I should not have to pay that I was with them a few month why shouldnt not taken money from us .if we cancel I don't think it worth having Pmc they only pay 50 percent anyway I'm out of the company. Any way I think about something before I ever do something like this again it not worth giving Pmc your money it worth it be smart .

It should be noted that our traditional vehicle service contracts pay for the entirety of a covered repair (minus the customer's $100.00 deductible). However, in your case, we qualified your vehicle for an "Ambassador" policy because it was 17 years old with 140,000+ miles. I cannot praise Protect my Car enough! When I really needed help, they came through. When the initial call was made to the claims department, part of my service was denied but then I talked with Jeremiah in customer loyalty department and he really listened to me and since I was a long time customer he requested that it would cover it and Dave, in claims department approved it. There was no way I could afford the repair. God bless this company!!

This is a positive review for Jessica T. When I called the company, the first thing I said was please discontinue this account. I think the person who answered the call connected me to Jessica. I repeated the same request to her. She took the time to answer any of my questions, and to thoroughly explain the services that were covered in the program.
