I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan H. who was very persistent. She explained the policy to me and encouraged me to keep it because i was calling in to cancel the policy. I would love to have Megan as an employee she take pride in her job. Keep up the good work Megan.

My experience with the Customer Service Rep was entirely satisfactory. My Rep was knowledgeable, cordial, friendly and seemed to go out of his way to give me the best service experience attainable. I suppose if his service had been any better I would have to name a child after him!
