My experience with the Customer Service Rep was entirely satisfactory. My Rep was knowledgeable, cordial, friendly and seemed to go out of his way to give me the best service experience attainable. I suppose if his service had been any better I would have to name a child after him!

Mary would not let me cancel my membership. She tried to educate me in the benefits as I had never used the insurance since registering. She was very persistent and I agreed that I would continue for a while longer. My payments are just annoying and a lot of money. So she reduced my payment. I am still frustrated as now I have to do a manual payment. But I do appreciate Mary. She's pretty good at persuading a person and obviously believes in her product.
