I want to commend Ms. Megan H. on her professionalism. She was very kind and I felt cared about. Although I wanted to cancel my policy she help me to see that keeping it would be beneficial and I felt smart about keeping it. Thank you Megan for helping me to stay protected and cared for. I know there are individuals out there that don't think that having an extended service plan is beneficial to have. Well, it depends on many different factors such as; whether or not your manufacturers warranty has expired, or maybe your vehicle is starting to show signs of mechanical breakdown. I called today to cancel my policy and usually this is a very stressful situation most companies try to rope you into things that you really don't need or want that didn't happen today with Megan my representative she's very positive very understanding and actually gave me helpful information to help my situation I hope the others can learn from her genuine generosity

I was stupid for giving Protect My Car my card number for the initial deposit. I canceled my policy less than a month after I got hounded into getting it so I could get my money back(I should have hung up on them). I talked to a representative to cancel my account, which I later found out didn't get canceled. I recently looked on my account and discover that they took money out of my account without my permission. I've never set up an automatic payment plan with Protect My Car.
