I am ever so impressed with the service I received from "Protect My Car" also, the service manager is extremely impressed with the professionalism of both Ron & Cameron whom he interacted with yesterday 3/26/18 in the process. I have never used a car warranty company before but I will continue with this one and recommend them to family & friends. Fantastic experience.

I just received a phone call from Philip with Protect My Car. He was awesome so I ended up signing up for coverage right over the phone. My co workers have talked about how much they like their service with Protect My Car so I am excited. Philip was extremely helpful with finding me a plan that fits my needs. He was also very personable and friendly. My experience was great.

I just called to cancel my policy with protect my car. I was greeted by Jessica t. who helped me cancel my policy after giving me a $0 deductible and a 3-year extension warranty. I had to cancel because I just had a baby and have to get a root canal and I can't afford the $84 a month payment which they would have lowered for me if I had let them persist; which is the reason that they persist,to try to give you better protection for your car at a better price that you can afford. Overall, the experience wasn't the greatest but in the end, they worked it out and really tried to make it right. Which they did. So in the end, what should have been a $600 bill, was in fact only the $100 deductible as promised. Just got a cold call from the salesman. High pressure tactics to sign up today, discounts kept coming. I asked tp have the contract sent to me 5 times and stop the sales pitch. Otherwise I would hand up. They politely ended the call without sending the contract for my review. Hate this type of high pressure sales.

Last week I received a phone call from Sarah a representative from Protect My Car. She knew my car warranty was about to expire. I had been doing a lot of research on extended warranties. Protect My Car was one of the two I was choosing between but Sarah really helped me make my final decision. She was patient, knowledgeable and honest. She explained the benefits to be thoroughly. I am extremely happy with my decision with Protect my Car.
