Protect My Car has been so affordable. Thank goodness I signed up with them last year because they have saved me so much money on repairs for my Honda Accord. Their staff has also been wonderful. They answered every question I have had so far and helped me with my claims. I highly recommend them!

I recently signed up with Protect My Car and it was such an easy process. The representative was very helpful and efficient. I was able to set up automatic payments to come directly out of my account. I have not had to make a claim yet but if the process is anything like the initial setup I will be very satisfied.

Jeramiah V. is an outstanding rep.He helped me in my time of need.And i really needed it.I needed a shop to shop tow and it was messed up the first time i asked for one.Then the system said a two tow instead of one and that was not right because i did not authorize a second tow .Then i couldnt get a a tow based on those circumstances.then Jeramaih helped me and went out his way to to pay for the tow with the coporate card.He made my life 100 times better.He deserves all kinds of rewards ..maybe a vaca or something

I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received from Adrianna. She helped me out so much with the concerns I had with my car. She emailed me right away letting me know what needs to be done and was easy to follow and understand. She is a really effective communicator. We can't imagine the frustration of losing your heater in a sub-zero temperature! We are very fortunate, down here in Florida, that our winters only get to 40's and 50's. However, we need to do a lot of AC repairs for our Southern customers that you probably don't have to deal with up there.
This company ignores the Federal Do-Not-Call-List and utilizes robo-calls. BOYCOTT this company until they change their procedures.
