Jeremiah V. was VERY helpful lol. He gave my profound customer service and additional help with my payments. He was also extremely informative giving me another outlook on my claim.... Saved me money without switching to Geico lmfao

To: Protect My Car I had the pleasure of talking with Melodi C*******. I was calling to cancel my new policy, after talking with Melodi she show me how much of a benefit this policy would be for me. I was very impressed about her knowledge about the policy compared to other, because I have such an old car she show me how truly this policy would benefit me. I just ant to say to the president of the company. She is very good at what she does and again thank you Melodi.

I had a billing issue yesterday and Chaz B. took my call and wonderfully handled everything for me. He took care of all of my issues in one call!!

Needed copy (both email and hard copy) of benefits. Initial person was prompt and welcoming. I was connected to the person who has the information I needed immediately. Alexander was gracious, kind and humorous and put me at ease immediately. He gave me my options to get the information and "made it so". Pleasant business transactions. I feel this service will be handled well.

I have been with protect my car in the state of Florida since June of this year. I'm a retired lady, still drive, and they are the ones that take care of any serious problems with my car. I've been lucky not to have any problems with my car however since I'm on Social Security sometimes the money is not always there when I need it. They have always been good working with me no matter what the problem is. The young man Chaz B. is the person that talks to customers that have problems and he finds a way to make it work for ever... read more

I called in to cancel my policy cause I wasn't sure that it would good for me. when I talked to the customer representative, Chaz he really helped me understand this policy was beneficial for me and my car. I really am thankful for his comfortable attitude and clear understanding of the service and how it helps me. thank you for helping me understand this service. Now I want it!
