I was very impressed about her knowledge about the policy compared to other, because I have such an old car she show me how truly this policy would benefit me. Needed copy (both email and hard copy) of benefits. Initial person was prompt and welcoming. I was connected to the person who has the information I needed immediately. Alexander was gracious, kind and humorous and put me at ease immediately. He gave me my options to get the information and "made it so". Pleasant business transactions. I have been with protect my car in the state of Florida since June of this year. I'm a retired lady, still drive, and they are the ones that take care of any serious problems with my car. I've been lucky not to have any problems with my car however since I'm on Social Security sometimes the money is not always there when I need it. They have always been good working with me no matter what the problem is. I called in to cancel my policy cause I wasn't sure that it would good for me. when I talked to the customer representative, Chaz he really helped me understand this policy was beneficial for me and my car.
