Protect my Car Customer Loyalty Mrs. Jessica T. did an amazing job with me today. She made me feel good about not canceling my policy due to another co worker miss understanding. She also give me a little more discount than originally. I just want to thank her so much for an EXCELLENT customer!!!!

I had a wonderful experience when I called for help with our extended warranty policy. Sophia N. was helpful and knowledgeable about the policy. I was able to find out all of the financila information I needed and get a copy of our policy sent to me within seconds. She had ALL THE ANSWERS.... which is so rare these days. She was able to help me with getting a hard copy also sent to our mailbox within days. Thank you Sophia !! I feel very good about our choosing ProtectMYCar.

I was expericing financial hardship and I was calling to cancel my policy. Jeremiah assisted me immensely by having my payments deferred and lowered my payment so I can get back on my feet. i'm very satisfied with the service I got,after initally getting turn down for service I reached out and called customer service and talked to Chaz and he went to bat for me and reached out and talked to his manager and was able to save me a bunch of money on parts and got me 3 free oil changes also. they made my day,I'm very grateful for there service they gave me.

I've been with protect my car for almost a year now, I had a claim that was not addressable and in my feelings I canceled my contract but I felt really bad as I thought about how hard Jessica in Loyalty tried to help me. So I called back and although Jessica was not available I spoke with a nice young man named Jeremiah who fixed me right up! Thanks guys and thanks Protect My Car, I feel secure again!
