The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me file a claim and fixing my vehicle. Their business was transparent and let me know of any fees associated with my policy or parts up front so there were no surprises.

I purchased the Ambassador Plan. I had a brake issue that resulted from a Caliper (covered under my policy) however it was denied saying normal wear and tear. I had an oil change that they said I would be reimbursed for, all I had to do was send in my paper work. 2 more "covered" repairs were completed and I only submitted the first of the 2 because after the cluster I had to deal with and then the shop was not guaranteed to get payment before they closed, I did not report the second one. At that time, she made a $20.00 down payment and agreed to recurring monthly payments of $57.82. Prior to cancelling her policy, our customer paid a total of $135.64 towards her policy. Thank you Protectmycar.com for providing excellent service for my family and I. I saved $3879 on my engine replacement. My total out of pocket was $230 and $130 of the $230 was reimbursed for the rental I bad leaving me with a $100 deductible. Thank you Protect My Car
ProtectMyCar.com has truly saved my job. When my car broke down this morning and I needed a tow. Not only did they have a tow truck available to pick me up in 25 mins but I was only 7 mins late. The boss had to believe me because I was dropped off by the tow truck driver. Thank you Protect My Car, I was able to get my car back today and I paid $137 of a $971 repair bill. They even paid to get me an oil change and a tire rotation.
