Hi I just want to share my expernice with Chaz B. I wanted to cancel my contract with protect my car but once I spoke with mr.b. he went the extra way to changed my mind by helping with getting reimburse my funds from renting a car I was told I couldn't get my funds back do to labor work not over 4hrs but once I was transferred over to Chaz b. he listen to what my situation was and he went out his way to help me I really appericate all is help and he changed my mind about leaving the contract I decided to keep my contract wi... read more

I got stuck not too long ago and Chaz B. assist me. He was amazing he stayed on the phone with me until I got through to roadside assistance. He made me feel safe because my phone was about to die and I was freaking out. I really do appreciate Chaz for going above and beyond. He's my Hero God bless himð???

I spoke with Chaz this morning and he was so nice. I've been paying for this for quite a while and have only used it for oil changes, so he was able to help lower my rate and keep my coverage the same plus added oil changes. And since we had just relocated into our new house, he even sent out a new package with coverage info. When I called in I was considering whether or not to discontinue my service, but after speaking with Chaz I've decided to keep it. Thanks Chaz!

We were going to cancel our policy after a payment of 25% was made for a radiator repair. After speaking with Jeremiah V., he grandfathered the repair into a new policy that only cost $2 more. He treated us with respect and integrity. I would recommend this company for insuring major repairs on older cars. 2006 Chrysler 300 and 2007 Ford Expedition are covered for $40 each. 3 free oil changes, 2 tire rotations, and reimburse for up to $30 x3 days rental while car is being repaired. I was overwhelmed with my health issues and had problems paying my premium. When I spoke with the young man Chaz B. he was very polite and respectful. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to keep my coverage on both of my vehicles. With employees like Mr. B. customers like myself will remain with Protect My Car.
