I have had Protect My Car for about a year now and it has been well worth it. I had one claim and Protect My Car handled it impeccably. The roadside assistance sent a tow truck to pick my vehicle up very quickly. They towed my vehicle to the mechanic I chose. All I had to do was pay the deductible. They communicated with the mechanic to get the repairs done as fast as possible. The claims representative let me know the process and kept me updated. The process was quick, efficient and easy. Ms. Arianna M. and Mr. Larry ******** Spoke With Mr. Larry ****** initially) were very pleasant, very knowledgeable and willing to help and assist me in any way that they could.I appreciate Both of these Customer Service Representative for their ability to provide EXCELLENT SERVICE, if they are an example of how this Company Operates then I glad to be a member.

Wow I am so impressed with the customer service from Protect My Car. They helped me come up with a plan that fit my budget. I am on a fixed income but I have a friend that saved thousands by having their warranty. The representative was friendly and knowable but not aggressive like other companies.

Purchased the "Driveline" coverage. I wasted my money. The clutch went out, and even though the clutch is not listed under the excluded normal "wear and tear" items list: "WEAR and TEAR items include, but are not limited to: brake pads, rotors, shocks and struts, batteries, belts, hoses, fluids, bulbs, alignment and spark plugs and are classified as normal maintenance or service items.", they say it is not covered. Furthermore, in an effort to work with your financial situation, when you purchased your "Driveline" policy on July 13, 2017, we waived our standard $100.00 deductible and allowed you to purchase your policy with a "zero deductible." I want to thank the Ms. Danielle R. making sure that I got my reimbursement check ASAP!!!! THANK YOU! I haven't been utilizing this company for a long time, but this is a great start.

Looking at our Notes for your account, we experienced a short-term issue with the corporate credit card that we use to pay for this type of service. In most cases, our customers do NOT have to pay for their oil changes and/or tire rotations up front. I'm glad that we were able to expedite your reimbursement check. Hopefully, in the future, things will go through much smoother.

If you're looking for a vehicle extended warranty company that will have your back and lessen the stress of vehicle troubles. Look no further. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to pick Protect My Car to provide my extended warranty for my vehicle.
