Just got finished talking about a problem with Chaz, he reassured me that the company was here to help and not add to the problem I was about to quit and walk away from the warranty, but help me decide to hang in there and give it a chance.

My car dealer and service center made some very positive comments to me about my extended warranty provider, Protect My Car, after a covered repair. The service representative told me that this provider was very easy to work with and covered all contracted warranties without question. I had a denied claim spoke with Chaz who reach out to Harold at uscd claim Div. help with the repair, they are reimbursing $355.00 even though it's a uncover repair because I have been a loyal customer since Jan. of 2016
