I had a denied claim spoke with Chaz who reach out to Harold at uscd claim Div. help with the repair, they are reimbursing $355.00 even though it's a uncover repair because I have been a loyal customer since Jan. of 2016

I just wanted to express my thanks to Jessica T. for her excellent customer service. She was very very patient with me and solved my issues that I inquired about. I was actually calling in to cancel my membership but after I talked with Mrs T. I decided to keep my membership. I will continue to refer people to this company

We got into a financial bind and could not afford to continue with the Protect My Car plan. We were passed the 30 day trial period however Chaz was able to help us out and get all of our money refunded.
