From July 3rd to late November of 2017, I suffered 4 personal tragedies. I was pleased with this policy until early October 2017 when I tried to call and request cancellation due to financial strain. As I have reviewed the many complaints, they also had those fast talking employees confusing the situation, in order to keep the policy open and no consideration for the purpose and reason that the client had called for initially. Protect My Car has proved to be the best warrantee company bar none! My motor on my car seized up. I thought for sure that I hadn't been through the 15 days. I called to cancel they said I had gone through the 15 days and they would take care of my issue. My mechanic had gone on and on that theu would do everything they could NOT to pay for the engine. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE PERSON SAY THEY WOULDN'T PAY FOR IT! Protect My Car is every thing it's says it is, refressing! I hadn't even paid the first payment yet and they still cove... read more

So far i've had a good experience with the company. I was trying to reach the customer team but was unable. Finally got hold of Bill S.. He was super helpful with giving all the info that i needed. He sounded professional and knew what he was talking about. Thanks for the help.

My husband and I went to Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center on 01/05/2018 about my son 2003 Ford Mustang which was making a real bad noise and they told us what it was and what it would cost . My husband and I contacted Protect My Car about my son 2003 Ford Mustang and let them know what was going on them stepped up and helped us out with the cost of fixing it and told us all we had to pay was 25% of $950.74 which is $713.01 and that is all we should of had to pay . I ****** ** TOOK MY CAR TO THE CAR DEALERSHIP WEDNESDAY MORNING TO HAVE SOME REPAIRS DONE UNFORTUNATELY THE PARTS WERE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY I REALLY NEED TO RECOGNIZED TO GENTELMEN THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS MRS CHAZ B.
