Honestly CUSTOMER service is in a class by itself with excellent support for YOUR needs thanks to Yura, Bill, and Jim with their expertise.

Excellent service!! The representative had great communication with the mechanics shop and me while the mechanic was working on my truck. I also love the free oil changes and 24 hour roadside assistance. Just all around happy with my policy from protect my car.

This is a scathing review of a company I thought I could trust with my Mazda 3. I did not call this company directly on the day that I was sold a car warranty policy. The company I intended to call had provided a number that was off by a digit on correspondence they had sent me. So, completely by chance, I was speaking with this representative who was charming and convincing, so much so that I ended up agreeing to try it for 30 days. This business is a joke... They are very unprofessional . I've had to call back and forth becasue their lie to get more money out of you. The mechanic shop quotes one price and protect my car tells you another price whice is very confusing. I will never use this business again..Im going to **** Warranty
