I was stupid for giving Protect My Car my card number for the initial deposit. I canceled my policy less than a month after I got hounded into getting it so I could get my money back(I should have hung up on them). I talked to a representative to cancel my account, which I later found out didn't get canceled. I talked with one of their agents named Jeremiah. he was mannerly and resolved my complaint about my mother who authorized a car service contract in early March even though she does not have a car. I did have to send in a POA but the cancellation and refund was taken care of immediately after that was received via email. I appreciate the respectful manner in which my complaint was taken care of by Jeremiah.

I got a call its been over 30 days never recieved my rewards card. The customer service guy was very pushy and called me back 2 times i purchased and have not recieved anything in kail. It has been over 30 days and they have taken more money then they was agreed on. This is a scam
