Please NEVER use Protect My Car! My experience with processing a claim has been one of the worst experiences. In speaking with employees of Protect My Car they ALL give you a different explanation in the "What's next process". My latest incident! My mechanic initial invoice was $1,703.61 which I was required to pay 50% to PMC even before the work began. Which I totally disagree with! This made no sense to me! Working with Megan H. was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and a good sense of humor. I worked with Megan for a good period of time to resolve my questions. I would recommend Megan to work with customers and if I need talk to customer service again I will ask for Megan. I would rate Megan 5 stars.

Think of this as health insurance, but for your car. Being 40+, I have health issues. Jut like my vehicle. Well worth the money! Especially since we have older vehicles. Highly recommend!!!
