Representatives at PROTECT MY CAR is quite genuine, clear spoken, and very polite. They do try to explain why it's very important to keep the car warranty plan. The only thing I don't like is their automatic system that constant repeats itself before a Rep takes your call but as for the service so far so good, I like what I'm hearing. Thanks to Mr. Vary for being helpful right from the start!

My wonderful conversation, experience and smile with Ms. Brenda W. was awesome! I was looking to cancel my subscription with PMC due to some undisclosed financial reasons, but Brenda not only convinced me to keep the policy. Received excellent service from Megan H. Had she not been so helpful and understanding I would probably have cancelled my policy. I am still unsure of the worth of this policy but I will give it another chance. Thank Megan, she is a first rate professional.

Paying a $100.00 deductible is much better than paying for a $5,000.00 repair on your own.
On June 9th, 2018 I was informed by a rep at Protect my car that because I was unhappy with my service/policy, they would wave my July payment and my next payment would not be until August 1st, 2018. On July 25th, 2018 I took my car to pepboys auto repair for a oil change. After waiting there for an hour and a half, the Rep at pepboys told me that Protect my car requested for me to give them a call. I was very disappointed with this service. I called to cancell my policy. I spoke with Chaz B. After talking with him I decided to continue with my service! He was a pleasant port in the storm!
