I repeated the same request to her. She took the time to answer any of my questions, and to thoroughly explain the services that were covered in the program. Brenda W is one of the most helpful, kind, knowledgable, patient,and fun customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I just signed up and I was calling to cancel because I recentlybecame a crippled widow and I couldn't afford it with my situation. I spoke to Yvette T. on 9/10/18 she was absolutely wonderful she did her presentation and not only did I sign up for the program but we three way called my old boss & friend, and he signed up as well. I worked in sales for 20 yrs and she was able to keep me on the line and sell me and my old boss. Megan in customer service did a wonderful job as well they go above and beyond there call of duty. Just got off the phone with Jeremiah V. from Protect My Car. I was about to cancel my contract. Jeremiah was able to convince me why I should not and provided me with information that had not been shared when I initially took out the policy. I really appreciated all the information he had to offer. I am continuing my policy and giving a hefty 5 star review. Great service and Great personnel.
Jeremiah V. is the best representative that Protect My Car Rewards has employed. He is thorough and provides information needed to make a decision that can be difficult without specifics. He provided extensive explanations and details about Protect My Car.
