What a great employee to listen to my concerns and take the time to make me feel comfortable with the policy I purchased. It's hard to find good customer service. I just got off the phone with Megan (I believe was her name). I did not remember purchasing this policy and had signed with a different company yesterday. I explained this to her and she was very explanatory as to what my coverage was with them and I truly appreciate her help. Now its just a matter of contacting the other company to stop that payment. Thank you Megan for your clearifying the situation so that I could make a informed action.
