I was on the fence about getting a warranty package, but thanks to Megan at protect my car I'm convinced I'm making a good choice. She knows the different products very well which helps u make a good decision in choosing one. I had to cancel my service due to college fees being a bit higher than anticipated and I now walk/bus to school so my car is now parked in a driveway. I've been with Protect my Car since 2015 when it was called Solace and have never been disappointed. The one time I needed them to cover the cost of a broken AC unit, they swiftly sent an agent over and got them to cover most of the labor which brought the 2K bill down to about 1K. Mary ******* has AMAZING customer service skills. She saved your company nasty reviews I was about to write. I was SO frustrated. 30+ min wait, hung up on etc. etc. She deserves a raise.

Not a good company I would want to deal with on an everyday basis and they are never open on weekends cars break down on weekend

More importantly, our Customer Service Department is always open on Saturdays. As is our Claims Administrator. They do take Sundays off because most repair facilities are close on Sundays, so there's no way to really adjudicate a claim on a Sunday when the repair facilities that our customers use are closed. The program appears sound and reasonably priced, fortunately I have not had to use it yet, but appears an easy way to protect against a major mechanical failure and save on other maintenance services. ***********
