First and foremost I want to say I am not one to give reviews because I don't like my personal experiences to manipulate the actions of others. However, this experience credits a review. I've had countless conversations with different reps from Protect my Car. Some of these encounters were good and others were terrible. Conflicting information, long holds, reps not updating the claims correctly or just not updating the claim at all, and managers (that's right managers) having absolutely no clue on how to properly read notes.... read more

I just started my policy today. Then I called back to ask so more questions and didn't agree with having to pay them half instead of paying the mechanic , so I requested for my policy to be canceled and a refunds since I was in my first 30 days ( day 1 ). The agent Brandy's computer all of a sudden froze so I told her I will call back. I have been calling for the last 30 minutes and the automated system kept repeating itself no matter which option I choice. Today I received a call from Jessica from Protect My Car. She was extremely friendly and well informed. She explained all the benefits for their extended warranty and we figured out what plan would work best for me. She was very courteous and walked me through the process of setting up my automatic payments. She made this process really easy.
