I just started my policy today. Then I called back to ask so more questions and didn't agree with having to pay them half instead of paying the mechanic , so I requested for my policy to be canceled and a refunds since I was in my first 30 days ( day 1 ). The agent Brandy's computer all of a sudden froze so I told her I will call back. Today I received a call from Jessica from Protect My Car. She was extremely friendly and well informed. She explained all the benefits for their extended warranty and we figured out what plan would work best for me. She was very courteous and walked me through the process of setting up my automatic payments. She made this process really easy.

My experience has been outstanding. Jeremiah Was very courteous and helpful. He took his time with me and walk me through all the benefits and worked out special deals and work things out of with the save me money after having a bad experience that my car was totaled and he made arrangements to transfer my existing policy over to the new car. Again he was very courteous and helpful. I give him five stars if not more if I could.
