Ronald A was very pleasant and assisted me to the best of his ability. I hate to leave them by removing our Nissan Altima from Protect my Car they are Amazing and pay out on time. Please don't sleep on them they are the best ever!

I think this company is a great company especially with their reference program as I have had plenty of my customers inquire with Protect My Car. I have made claims on My Mercedes S500 in regards to oil changes and it has always been a pleasure working with Protect My Car. The customer service has always been top notch and I've been satisfied always with the customer service. When I contact this company, I thought they were basic sales people and didn't care about your specific needs. I was wrong....the representative i had a pleasure speaking with today provided GREAT Customer Service and was very kind and very patient in informative for every question I've asked. He went Above and Beyond in assisting me with the issue I called in about and solved everything with that one call. We need more representatives like him, Thank you Alexander for all your help.

First and foremost I want to say I am not one to give reviews because I don't like my personal experiences to manipulate the actions of others. However, this experience credits a review. I've had countless conversations with different reps from Protect my Car. Some of these encounters were good and others were terrible. Conflicting information, long holds, reps not updating the claims correctly or just not updating the claim at all, and managers (that's right managers) having absolutely no clue on how to properly read notes.... read more
