Amazing things happen when you have an employee like Jessica T. , because of her professionalism and positive attitude I did not cancel my membership. I have called several times and no one provided service like her. We definitely need more people like her in this world. She is so knowledgeable, kind , thoughtful and much more. When I got done talking to Chaz B. I felt like I was hanging up on a family member or an old high school friend. Chaz took my problems and turned them into new solutions. This new car that I bought has been discovered to have many problems and I was in a bind as to what I was going to do. The other day I called to discontinue/ cancel my coverage and I had the PLEASURE OF SPEAKING WITH one of your associates.
