i'm very satisfied with the service I got,after initally getting turn down for service I reached out and called customer service and talked to Chaz and he went to bat for me and reached out and talked to his manager and was able to save me a bunch of money on parts and got me 3 free oil changes also. they made my day,I'm very grateful for there service they gave me.

I've been with protect my car for almost a year now, I had a claim that was not addressable and in my feelings I canceled my contract but I felt really bad as I thought about how hard Jessica in Loyalty tried to help me. So I called back and although Jessica was not available I spoke with a nice young man named Jeremiah who fixed me right up! Thanks guys and thanks Protect My Car, I feel secure again!

I called Protect My Car today, trying to find out more information about my policy because I was thinking on cancelling before I even used any service, it wasn't very to me about the coverage, etc. But there was a great representative named Jeremiah who helped me change my mind on staying on the policy and give it a try.... he explained to me once again and with very detailed information. Thank you!!!

I was very fortunate to work with Yura B. regarding some work performed on my vehicle during a recent hurricane. Unfortunately her office was closed and I had to pay for the repairs out of my pocket. When I sent in my receipt for reimbursement I was told that it was not covered under my contract. I became very frustrated and threatened to cancel my contract. Yura offered her assistance in getting my reimbursement in order to keep me as a customer. My reimbursement is forthcoming and I am a happy camper. Thanks again, Yura.

I had a problem where I was charged extra from the shop. It took a little investigating of the problem. I had a few people trying to take care of it. But when it got to chaz b. I think he said his name was. He went above and beyond to make me happy. I was actually thanking him. I was ready to cancel and go else where. But he is really great at his job. The truth is I can't under stand how this guy is not a manager or partner. Thank you.

Mary A. is an awesome customer service rep. She got my 2 plans rewritten so I could better afford them with my fixed income - preventing me from having to cancel them. I am so HAPPY that I can now afford the premiums and still have peace of mind with my car should it ever breakdown or need a repair. The world would be a much better place if all customer service reps were as friendly and thorough as Mary. Anyone I spoke with was very helpful and kind.

I really liked how they treated me here. They were very polite and treated me with respect. They gave me a discount and got my payments down low to where they need to be. I recommended them to my uncle.
