I spoke to Chaz he was very helpful and friendly and help me resolve my problem quickly and even subjects suggested a better rate for me I am totally satisfied with the service.

I wish to give a 5-star review for protect my car. I just got off the line with Chaz B.. He is in customer service, wonderful with customers, and very understanding, this company has done a lot for me. I am retired and I've asked them to cover my car for any of the big items under the hood like the motor etc, because I would not be able to fix any of the big items if protect my car didn't help me. The cost of Protect My Car was more reliable than the other companies. I submitted one claim before and the process was quick. It's great and I would recommend them. I would advise my friends to go with the company.

I had a problem with a repair shop in Asheville. i have been insured by Protect My Car since April and the owner of the repair shop quoted a price of $230 to replace a part that was not covered. Protect My Car told him it was not a covered item and he quoted a higher price of $387 to fix my vehicle. I was upset that it was not covered so I called and spoke with several agents that were very professional and I finally got to a higher up whose name was Chaz B. I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company on several occassions, and must say when they said it would be a hassle free experience, indeed it was. ABSOULTELY treated my repair situation(s) with honesty and integrity, which means a lot to me as a female.
