Had to file claim to have truck repaired. PMC was quick to take claim. I paid my deductible but PMC did not pay thier portion in full. I called back and spoke to Carl. He worked to figure out what happened and resolved issue as quickly as he could. Awesome job in resolving issure quickly. No extra money out of my pocket
