Ms. Jessica T is the best representative I've spoken with throughout my time with the company, her customer service skills are the best,she made me feel so much better when there was a mistake on my account, I don't even want to deal without anyone else overall ! I'm giving HER the 5 stars tho!!!

Melani did a wonderful job by letting me know what the perks for this account were. I had originally called to cancel my contract, but she asked me if I knew what I was canceling. I didn't know about all the things that were included in my policy, such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc. After finding out all the things that were included in my contract, I decided to add my husband's truck to a new policy on its own. I was bout to cancel my subscription but medoly gave me alot of good advice on not canceling and provided me wit available options til I can pay my payment she is awesome

I had a very bad experience with a manager named Stacey who was very combative and argumentative with me after asking my concerns and me voicing them. She was very rude and not in any way helpful. I honestly could not believe a supervisor was handling a customer like that. Once I was transferred to Melodi, she addressed my concerns, providing excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in providing me with additional information! It was like night and day compared to my conversation with the previous manager.

After having some apprehension about how things would go based on some of the reviews I had read about the company on Google, I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Mary A the representative who I and worked with did a wonderful job of communicating with me throughout and her follow up was outstanding!
