After having some customer service "issues", Protect My Car's special agent, "Jeremiah", took over an hour of his time to thoroughly address each and every issue. I got "top notch" customer service without "issues". I'm keeping my car Protected.

Mary went above what I considered customer service and definitely made the decision to continue service worth it. We had unexpected issues and she made the process seamless. Excellent customer service from Brenda W. She answered all my questions and explained how Protect My Car works. Instead of cancelling my service she offered me a decreased in monthly note that is more feasible to my pocket book. Thank you Brenda
