Jeremiah V. was excellent, professional, respectful and actually heard my concerns on whether I should cancel my auto insurance policy. He is what we call in the business a "pro's pro." I was able to help me think through on whether I should cancel; also added an incentive to lower my insurance payments per month. Also, to set my auto pay to the middle of the month which is a lot easier on my pocketbook as I have a lot of bills due at the beginning of the month. After having some customer service "issues", Protect My Car's special agent, "Jeremiah", took over an hour of his time to thoroughly address each and every issue. I got "top notch" customer service without "issues". I'm keeping my car Protected.
