I was having issues setting up a claim through the mechanic because I had already purchased the parts to rebuild my engine that has recently blown and I called to cancel the plan I had recently set up specifically to help with the rebuild of the engine and Stacie Simmons stuck her neck out for me and ended up making it happen with some very reasonable compromises and is saving me from being forced to take out a loan so I can drive to work and back. Absolute life saver, thank you!

I received a call from Protect My Car knowing I needed to just that I was in a stressful situation. The insurance company I recently had my policy with was charging me too much. But this lady Stella Smith who called me was the sweetness kindness and very understanding of my situation.
