This super nice lady at PMC is a total professional, and an asset to the company. I was ready to get screwed but she figured out how to HELP ME. Amber G. needs a parking spot up front, picture with a black, a bonus check, weeks paid vacation, and if you have an orientation class to teach Customer Service........Amber needs to be teaching the class. From my experience this is an amazing company with great customer service and good services offered. I was interested in services but could not afford the amount they were offering for a quote so I told them I coudn't do it. They gave me an employee discount and I saved hundreds for the yearly plan. Later on I could not pay my monthly bills and they did a one time deferment where I could pay another time for one month and basically temporarily skip a month and put it on hold. I subsequently learned that nothing changed with my contract therefore I am very pleased with the service.
Jeremiah went above and beyond in assisting me today! He took care of my concern and then exceeded my expectations by reviewing my policy coverage. He offered to assist me with reimbursement for a recent oil change and tire rotation that I was not aware were included. He answered all of my questions. He was very personable and professional. He provided excellent customer relations!!!
I was very impressed with Jason P. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me get the best service for my car.
