Chris was absolutely awesome! He helped me decide which one would be best for me. He helped me get the program. I could afford and still be able to protect my car. Customer service with Supervisor, Amber G. was wonderful, pleasant, and she even help me to knock off some features on the policy that I did not need, which made my payment come down. I like it when people help me to save money.

Previous repair service providers complained about PMC wrangling about repair parts & labor charges over my initially covered vehicle, and expressed to me how difficult it was to to come to a workable agreement, but overall my personal interchange experience has been amicable and satisfying. I really appreciate the service Jason P. and Monique C. provided me with today. They were excellent and went all out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met while trying to process claims for my vehicle's repair.
