Was very nice and polite she helped me understand more about my policy I want to say thank you very much she was really great to talk to she listened and understood my concerns she helped me with my policy she did everything that she could to help me I appreciate it very much

Kyrika was very helpful and friendly and I did not feel like she was trying to force me into keeping this warranty. She provided some very good information and offered a solution to my problem. I am going to stay with Protect My Car since she lowered the payment for me and made it more manageable. She also said she will try to get me some free oil changes, which sweetened the deal. She is great at her job and your company is blessed to have someone like her!!

Melodi C, from Protect My Car, was phenomenal and stellar with her customer service. I received assistance from her twice within a three day period. Our last phone call lasted a total of one hour and sixteen minutes, exploring every and all avenues of troubleshooting my issues. Many thanks to her and best of luck to all of her future endeavors; customer service like this will take her a very long way! 5 stars!!!!
