I canceled my policy with protect my before the March payment was due. Protect my car had taken a payment for April. Called customer service this morning and was told that I would be refunded my money but it can take up to 30 days. Two epic failures are when I called and cancelled the policy someone didnt click all the boxes like they should've. Epic failure number two. Why is going to take 30 days? Really disappointed with Protect My Car..

Thank you for your comments. We do regret that the April billing occurred when it should not have. That payment has been refunded. Although our third party billing agent has a remarkable record of accuracy, errors of this kind have occurred on a limited basis. That is one reason that we have taken steps to change our customer billing platform. Those changes will make our billing system more secure and efficient and help to eliminate such errors, even as rare as they are. Thank you again for your comments.
Good customer service! I think you all need reminder stickers like oil change stickers so that folks like me can remember when that we're paying for a service that could have helped during emergency repairs & Services!

It should always be there as a reminder so you can use the coverage to really save a ton of money on mechanical repairs, towing, roadside assistance, oil changes and many other benefits offered by the coverage. I have been a customer with PMC for a year now. I called them today to cancel my contract as my R350's compressor needed replacing and the mechanic said it would not be covered according to whom he spoke to. I talked to Jessica and she was a godsend. She told me the compressor was covered under my contract. She asked I send her the invoice and she took care of everything. I am quite happy about the outcome as I will be reimbursed the amount of the compressor as well as labor. Thanks again Jessica!

I have dealt with this company for 2 yrs so far and I must say that at first i was skeptical about signing a 4 yr contract with a car warranty company that i have never heard of. Their customer service in my opinion are amazing and that 50% coverage on major repairs on my 2000 Toyota Avalon is a life saver. Just a shout out to Amber G., you rock!!
