I want to thank you for the excellent Customer service that I received on July 18,2019. Due to circumstances beyond my control. I called to cancel my contract. Ms. H. asked all the right question and gave me something to thing about (what would happen if your call fail to work and you have no coverage) you know when you are in a crisis you do not think about what will happen next. . I would give this less than a star if I could. I called my reputable insurance company via the # on my card, and was directed to what I was led to believe a promotional road side assistance through them. I was double charged, spoke to a representative today who claims to have cancelled my policy, however was extremely rude, speaking down to me as if I had no idea what is occurring as far as purchasing vehicles, warranties and car protections. I have had Protect My Car since Jan 2018 and I absolutely totally satisfied with their service. I want everyone to know that they do honor their warranty and if it says they are going to fix it they don't give you the run around, they authorize payment for services required as per the contract. Sucks. Been paying for the warranty for months and ended up paying almost what it cost to fix my car just in the warranty. In the end, when my car broke down, they covered the towing and that's it. That is already covered by my insurance, so I didn't even need that! And, of the list of things that ended up needing repaired on my car, they didn't pay for a single one of them, even the ones that were explicitly included as per the contract. Lawrence was very polite during my call today. He was quick to correct the errors made to my account & followed up with an immediate e-mail summarizing our discussion. I was also given 2 years of free oil changes, which i plan to use! If i actually receive the hard copies of the documents i was promised, i will be more than pleased.
